So this week was a first for Finn – he caught his first cold. It came the morning after his 6 month pediatrician appointment, which entailed 4 shots. Beyond a runny nose, he got a slight fever but nothing too get worried about. Needless to say – he was NOT a happy camper for a few days. He is still fighting a runny nose, which has led to lots of suctioning gunk out of his nose (a task I leave to Ryan) but he is back to his happy Finn self.

We also think he is going through another growth spurt as he is really eating a lot during the day and took a lot of long naps (not his norm) this past weekend. He is eating sweet potatoes, pears, apples, bananas, and even avocado! He doesn’t seem picky at all – phew. 🙂
