As Finn approached 2 months, we finally decided it was time to venture out into the real world. About ten trips to fill up our car later, we were off for a 4 day weekend at Baba’s in Winchester Virginia for the famous Apple Blossom Festival. We admittingly were a bit nervous, simply because Finn seemed to still be in his lovely growth spurt personality but he proved us wrong and made the weekend with his first big smiles (not related to gas!) and longest nights of sleeping yet! Finn was also introduced to his many “aunts and uncles”, spent lots of quality time with Baba, and enjoyed all the attention and being held by strangers.
